Raise your hand if you're a homebrewer who would someday like to start your own brewery.
While I'm not quite ready to make the leap, my buddies Nate and Mike from Thank Heaven for Beer are. There are a ton of great beer blogs out there, but I always come back to THFB because we share a similar beer philosophy. They are relentless in their pursuit to learn about beer and share what the find with others. They appreciate both the art and science of homebrewing. Above all, they do all of this without being beer snobs – a huge plus in my book.
Nate and Mike are pursuing their dream of starting a brewery, but to do this they need to raise $40,000. It would kill me to see these guys not even get a shot at their dream because of financial reasons, so if you are able to do so, help them reach their goal by contributing to their Kickstarter campaign. (By the way, how cool is Kickstarter?)
If you can't contribute, no problem, but please spread the word via Twitter, Facebook, email, or even good ole' word of mouth. The guys have until August 4th to reach their goal.
Thanks so much to my readers who help Mike and Nate, whether it's by contributing or telling your friends.
Best of luck to Wilderness Brewing. Here's the Kickstarter link again.
